Obituary Beulah Lee Carpenter, age 79, departed this life for her heavenly reunion with many beloved family members on Thursday, February 11, 2016.A loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend and granny too. She has left us a legacy of love and happiness. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Roy Luke Carpenter and daughter Kathy Layman.Beulah is survived by her daughters: Julie Ann, Angie and Loretta Carpenter, Gary and Lisa Fox, Curtis and Cindy Fox, Howard Layman and sister: Dovie Ann Roach. Grandchildren: Greg and Sherry Layman, Julie Layman, Sam and Leslie Kuykendall, Matthew, Skyler, Sam, Dwayne and Jeffery Fox. Great grandchildren: Zack, Carrie, Alex, Tori, Summer, Angelina and Colten and one great great grandchild, Adalynn.Visitation will be 5:00 until 8:00 PM Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Alder-Mayes Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 14, 2016 at the funeral home with Rev. Bill Crews, Rev. Jack Greene and Rev. Danny Farmer officiating.
