Obituary Billy Joe Bingham, age 59, of Kingsport, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Takoma Regional Hospital in Greeneville. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Bingham; sister, Brenda Bingham.Survivors include his daughter, Mandy Casteel; grandchildren, Katelyne and Kyle; mother, Dorothy Bingham; sisters, Shirley Stokes, Debbie King; brother Michael Bingham; special friends, The Gillenwater Brothers; special caregivers, Evergreen and Amedisys Hospice; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.He will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
