Obituary James P. Harlow, age 85, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the Jefferson County Nursing Home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Molly Harlow; brother, Roy Harlow; sisters, Lucille Acock and Jeanie Bliss. Survivors include his children, Mary Christian, Brian Harlow, Molly Turner, Patti Harlow, and Jennie Harlow. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
