Joseph "Joe" Winterberger Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Joseph ‘Joe’ Winterberger was born on October 11, 1942 in Goshen Ohio. Joe went home to be with our Lord on May 29, 2022 at the age of 79. Loving husband to the late Marsha Sue (nee Norris) Winterberger. Devoted and loving father to Jeff Winterberger (Lara) and Cindy Winterberger (Lori). Proud grandfather to Jalyn (Tyler), Connor, Kara (Peter), Courtney, and Annemarie all of whom he cherished every minute with. Dear brother to Rosalie Winterberger and the late Flornia Siebert, Walter Winterberger and Robert Winterberger. Beloved son of the late Andrew and California (nee Minton) Winterberger. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Joe proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1962-1966. Joe was an example of strength, perseverance and a no quit attitude. Family would like to thank Sacred Ground Hospice House for the peace and comfort provided during this time. Family would also like to thank Covenant Hospice for their loving and compassionate care. Family & friends will meet at 10AM, Monday, June 6, 2022 for a committal ceremony at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Gov.
