Joe Dancsecs passed away on September 21, 2020 at age 63 surrounded by his family. Joe married the love of his life Lynn at the age of 25. They enjoyed seven years of dating and thirty-eight years of marriage. During their forty-five years together, Joe was devoted to his wife and two daughters.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Dancsecs; daughters, Stephanie Dancsecs and Michelle Schwer; son-in-law, Brad Schwer; grandson, Alex Schwer; and sister, Debbie Dancsecs; as well as several other members of his family. Joe is also survived by his mother-in-law, Carol Webb; brother-in-law and friend, Lee Webb; and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, John Dancsecs; and father-in-law, Billy Webb.
Joe was employed 32 years at ABB, formerly Baldor, and formerly Dodge Reliance. He took pride in his work and cherished his coworkers. Joe was known as being dedicated, friendly, and a fun-loving person. His hobbies included fishing, gardening, and reminding everyone that he was a chili cook-off champion. He loved life and always looked for the good in others.
The legacy that Joe has left behind is one of family, friendship, and above all kindness. He will be remembered by all who loved him and profoundly missed.
