Darrell is a licensed funeral director, having began a full time career in the funeral home industry in 2003. Darrell is a Baptist minister and has served as Pastor of several churches in East Tennessee. He currently is the Pastor at Midtown Missionary Baptist Church. He and his wife Susan reside in Morristown and have two sons, Matthew and Tyler and five grandchildren Allyssa, Spencer, Kasen, Brenley, and Cade. Darrell currently serves as manager of Alder Funeral Home.

Tyler is a 2005 graduate of Morristown East High School, and a 2008 graduate of Jefferson State Community College, Birmingham, AL with a degree in Funeral Service Education. He also obtained his B.B.A. degree from King University in 2015. Not only a funeral director and embalmer, Tyler helps families with pre-arrangements. He is married to Jessie Wilder Alder and they have triplets - Kasen, Brenley, and Cade. He is a member of Buffalo Trail Baptist Church where he serves as Deacon and Sunday School teacher of the College and Career Class.
Bill Helton is a funeral assistant at Alder Funeral Home. He retired from Mayfield Dairy Farms after 22 years of service. Bill volunteers at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital. In his freetime, Bill loves to farm. He is married to Cindy Helton and they are members of Mosheim Missionary Baptist Church.
Shane is a 2011 graduate of Morristown East High School. He is married to Brooke Cox. Shane works for the City of Morristown, Public Works. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing. He is a member of Midtown Missionary Baptist Church.
Rev. David Alder
David serves as a Funeral Assistant. He and his wife Denay have 3 children Rachael, Caleb, and Leah and 3 grandchildren Reeden, Peyton, and Brycen. He is the pastor of Rankin Missionary Baptist Church in Newport.
